Supplies to be delivered to the Southwestern Veterans’ Center (SWVC) is located at 7060 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. PA Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home (PSSH) is located at 560 East Third Street, Erie, PA 16507. Gino J Merli Veterans’ Center (GMVC) is located at 401 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503. Southeastern Veterans’ Center (SEVC) is located at 1 Veterans Drive, Spring City, PA 19475.
Blister Packs and Cards must be manufactured by RX Systems Inc., no substitutions allowed.
