Q1. There seems to be a requirement for 59+ kiosks for the Library, right? How many kiosks
would the Tax Administration need?
A1. We would like these 59 kiosks to run both Library and Tax Administration payment
Q2. Will the software running on the current kiosks be migrated to the new ones?
A2. The software on the current kiosks will not be migrated to the new kiosks. This RFI is
for both hardware and software.

card terminals (UIC PP795SE). These external credit card terminals will be replaced in
the next 30 days by the Ingenico Lane/5000 and these new credit card terminals will
convey to the new system. The Department of Tax Administration currently does not
have any payment kiosks.
Q5. The RFI did not ask for installation and/or maintenance pricing…was that an oversight?
A5. Include installation costs. We asked for maintenance pricing in line 3 (support) and
line 4 (warranty).
Q6. Is there any desired timeframe for a follow up solicitation or will that depend more on RFI
