DHS is requesting to procure the services of a court appointed monitor for the Stanley Ligas, et al. v. Hamos, et al. litigation - Case No. 1:05-cv-04331. In the Notification of Docket Entry for this case, on July 11, 2011, the Honorable James F. Holderman granted the joint motion to appoint a monitor. Contract term shall be 07/01/2023 - 06/30/2024.
