|The Office of the Illinois Secretary of State is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the Annual Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Generators at buildings located under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of State, Physical Services Dept. Maintenance schedules shall be set by the Agency on all generators at the time of contract execution.|

If the solicitation contains a Veteran goal, then complete and return the VSB Utilization Plan.
The Prime Vendor is required to submit a separate, signed Letter of Intent (LOI) from each BEP/VSB certified vendor.
