The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish term contracts for the County of Albemarle and Albemarle County Public School Board through competitive negotiation for the purchase of services to perform all inspections and tests related to construction materials and construction methods on projects as defined in Chapter 17, Special Inspections and Tests of the Virginia Construction Code (latest version), the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) Road and Bridge Specifications, and other similar construction inspections and materials testing as needed.
