Suite 1, Pocatello, Idaho until 2:00 pm local time, on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 for DPW Project
22401 Replace Asphalt, Townhouse to Pendlebury, State Hospital South, Department of Health
and Welfare, Blackfoot, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include replacement of pavement and base
on a portion of Chandler Circle from Townhouse to Pendlebury.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, beginning at 10:00 am, prevailing
local time, at the State Hospital South Learning Room D147, Administration Building, State Hospital
South, 700 E Alice St., Blackfoot, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors from the Engineer for a refundable
deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
