ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at Taylor
Administration Building, 315 Falls Ave, Twin Falls, Idaho until 2:00 pm local time, on Thursday,
August 20, 2020 for DPW Project 19107 Entry Access Controls, Phase I, College of Southern Idaho,
Twin Falls, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the improvement of the security and
safety of the CSI campus by starting to convert all main keyed entry points to a keyless system and adding
security cameras to building entrances.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, August, 11, 2020, beginning at 1:30 pm, prevailing local
time, at the McManaman Physical Plant Building, 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, Idaho. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
