The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals from knowledgeable and experienced organizations to conduct the routine sampling of Adirondack lakes and streams as part of the Adirondack Long Term Monitoring (ALTM) Program, in coordination with State and Federal partners. The selected contractor(s) ability to effectively complete the sampling and monitoring requirements described in this RFP, will be essential in maintaining the consistency and continuation of this long-term monitoring data set and advancing the goals of the ALTM Program to better inform policy decisions.
