ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF ELIZABETH BOARD OF EDUCATION PROPOSALS: By order of the Board of Education of the City of Elizabeth Public Schools in the County of Union, State of New Jersey, invites sealed proposals for the following projects: CLASSROOM ALTERATIONS AT THE ADMIRAL WILLIAM F. LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ANNEX Proposals are to be received at the Board of Education, 500 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07208, on Thursday October 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, in the Offices of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor. Proposals may be delivered or mailed before that time to the Purchasing Department, Secretary-School Business Administrator, 500 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07208. Proposals are to be stamped on the outside of the envelope: CLASSROOM ALTERATIONS AT THE ADMIRAL WILLIAM F. HALSEY JR. LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ANNEX Documents may be examined online, www.usaplanroom.com a link will direct you to USA Architect's contract printer FLM Reprographics "Plan Well System". Documents may be viewed through the "Public Planroom" button. Documents may be purchased or ordered for pick-up online, for the non-refundable fee of $150.00 for each paper set, or $40.00 for each digital set, payment online by major credit cards or COD for pick-Up. Documents may be sent prepaid through Federal Express or UPS. Documents will be available for pick-up after 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2017 at FLM Reprographics, 741 Alexander Road, Princeton, NJ 08540 contact Jeff Zanin or Ryan Morrisey, at 609-987-0666, call 24 hours in advance to ensure Bid Documents will be available. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals waives any informalities and award contracts, which in their judgment may be in the best interest of the Board of Education.
