TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY Middlesex County, New Jersey NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township Clerk or designated representative, for Township of Cranbury, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 10am prevailing time, in the Committee Meeting Room, Township of Cranbury Municipal Building, 23A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey 08512 then publicly opened and read aloud for the following: BIOXIDE (As distributed by Evoqua Water Technology) Or Approved Equal Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available in the Municipal Clerk's Office, All contracts are to be awarded by the Township Committee. The submission package may be obtained at the Clerk's Office, Township of Cranbury Municipal Building, 23A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey 08512 during regular business hours, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Each bidder must deposit a bid security of (10%) ten percent of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to Cranbury Township. Bid bond must be accompanied by consent of surety. All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employemt Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership from (N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The Mayor & Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Township determined by price and other factors. The Mayor & Township Committee shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.
