Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District, at the Facilities Department, located at 815 S Oakdale Ave., Medford, OR 97501 no later than 2:00 p.m. February 3, 2021.

There will be an optional pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance to the Spiegelberg Stadium gates located at the address above.
The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified source to Install CAT6 wiring, cameras (district provided), fiber, CAT5e wiring, CAT5e jacks and new IDF per the specifications and conditions stated herein.
Provide a price for wiring, installing and focusing 16 owner provided cameras.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
