Opportunity Summary
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon State Marine Board, is issuing this Request for Proposal for a Boating Safety Advocate in Multnomah County to deliver focused, relevant, and effective messaging to the local boating community.
The Marine Board will use this solicitation to begin creating a network of specially trained Boating Safety Advocates who work as a team with the Boater Education Program Manager in developing and delivering focused, relevant, and effective messaging to recreational boaters of all types.
This solicitation is intended to award a contract for services in Multnomah County. Agency anticipates the award of one (1) Contract from this solicitation. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be one (1) year with options to renew up to a maximum of five (5) years. Additional solicitations may be posted in the future for similar work in other areas of the state.
