039-2015 is an on-going RFQ for a list of qualified Consultants who are available to provide engineering and related services on an as needed basis. Presentations are generally not a part of this process. Placement on the list does not guarantee a contract award and EWEB may still negotiate with firms that are not on the list, but such placement provides the following benefits:

Project Managers may use the list as a source when directly negotiating for contracts
under $100,000,or when considering firms to solicit for an informal RFP up to $250,000,
and

Consultants on the list will generally be alerted directly when an RFP is conducted
related to their specialty field for projects valued above $250,000.

Evaluations of submitted responses are conducted about every 3 to 4 months. Firms may submit whenever convenient. There is no deadline at this time. Submission forms and instructions are attached.
