Notice Summary
This is to inform you that ODOT will be publishing an A&E full-service solicitation for a federally funded project to be delivered under ODOT's full-service price agreements. Both Tier A and Tier B firms are eligible to compete.

The Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT" or "Agency") is seeking proposals from Professional Services and Related Services consultants to provide Preliminary Engineering ("PE") services required to advance the US30: Cascade Ave @ Rand Rd (Hood River) Project to final contract documents, provide assistance during bidding, and, if authorized by Agency, provide Construction Administration and Construction Engineering ("CA/CEI") consultant services during construction. At this time, an ODOT Construction Office Project Manager is expected to perform contract administration of the construction phase.

The project involves installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of US30 (Cascade Ave) and Rand Road and correcting the offset between the north and south approaches of the intersection. The services will include continuation of design of the improvements; assisting the Agency with public involvement and access management outreach; right-of-way; testing for hazardous materials; utility coordination; evaluation of traffic staging and development of traffic control plans; environmental permitting and geotechnical exploration.

ODOT intends to publish the solicitation no earlier than the week of November 6, 2017.
