Opportunity Summary
ODOT is accepting applications from suppliers to perform truck body damage repairs on Class 7 and 8 trucks on an as-needed basis, in accordance with Special Procurement #1138-19. ODOT intends to award several Price Agreements as a result of this request for applications.

SAMPLE PRICE AGREEMENT: The application and a Sample Price Agreement have been placed in the Attachments Exist folder. Exhibit A of the Sample Price Agreement contains the truck body repair specifications; Exhibit G explains how ODOT will select from all available shops under Price Agreement when a repair is needed. Please carefully review the Sample Price Agreement, as it is the contract document you will be required to sign if you are awarded a Price Agreement.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION: To submit an application, complete Part 1 of the application form and submit it by mail or email to the contact person listed above. (Email is preferred.) If your application is determined responsive, ODOT will contact you to schedule an inspection of your shop. Once your shop is inspected, ODOT will send you either an awarded Price Agreement to sign or a notice of non-award. If you are not selected for award, you will have 7 days to protest that decision (see application.
