The City of Grande Prairie is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals for an engineering consulting firm to provide services for the development of a Storm Drainage Master Plan.

Copies of the RFP specifications are available from the Alberta Purchasing Connection website at www.purchasingconnection.ca . The City of Grande Prairie Standard guidelines for Construction of Municipal Improvements may be obtained from the City of Grande Prairie website.

RFP proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Submissions can be hand delivered, couriered or mailed. The submission must be marked clearly on the outside with the RFP name and number.

The proposal must be submitted in two envelopes and both must be clearly marked with name and address of the Consultant and RFP name, number and Envelope 1 (Price Proposal) or Envelope 2 (Technical Proposal).

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
