Primary Equipment Cabinet with Mounting, Plumbing, and Electrical Connections x2

The primary equipment cabinet shall house several pieces of high-voltage electrical equipment totaling approximately 2800lbs. The cabinet shall be NEMA 3R weather rated, including roughly 10 openings for electrical and plumbing connections. The cabinet shall include the mounting system for the electrical equipment. The cabinet shall also provide both high voltage and signal connections between pieces of equipment, which must conform to UL standards. The thermal management of the electrical equipment is mainly a liquid cooling system, with plumbing and connections included in the cabinet. The cabinet shall provide a manifold system to deliver flow to 18 separate pieces of equipment in parallel and return the coolant in a single line.
Item will be built and shipped to Utah State University by June 30, 2023 for testing.

The vendor that has been identified for the fabrication and assembly of the primary equipment cabinet is Blackbox Engineering.
