Description
The scope of the procurement includes Insurance Brokerage and Consulting services to support Safety and Risk
Management in fulfilling its responsibilities under the law to provide insurance to UNM. Such services include,
but are not limited to, negotiating directly with insurance providers on behalf of and at the direction of Safety
and Risk Management. Additionally, insurance brokers will assist Safety and Risk Management in negotiating,
planning, and execution of policy agreements as requested by the Director or Designee of Safety and Risk
Management. Additional services shall be performed on an “as needed” basis, at hourly rates no greater than
those rates accepted in the resultant contract.

services.
