Answer calls from the City of Oxnard Public Works Departments phone lines. The answering service would answer Public Works Call Center calls after the Citys regular work hours, on weekends, holidays, closed Fridays (per Citys administrative 9/80 schedule) and during the work week when the Customer Services Representatives (CSRs) are not available. The Service must be available to answer calls 24 hours a day, seven days per week; assign bilingual (English & Spanish) staff available at all times, and be familiar with the City of Oxnard streets and layout through reviewing the Citys website and other research tools. A record of the calls answered each day will be e-mailed to the designated Public Works Department staff member. City staff will also supply the vendor with an up to date Standby List for each service or division in the Public Works Department
