Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy on NYCHA`s website. To conduct a search for the RFQ number; vendors are instructed to open the link: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isupplier-vendor-registration.page. Once on that page, please make a selection from the first three links highlighted in red: New suppliers for those who have never registered with iSupplier, Current NYCHA suppliers and vendors for those who have supplied goods or services to NYCHA in the past but never requested a login ID for iSupplier, and Login for registered suppliers if you already have an iSupplier ID and password. Once you are logged into iSupplier, select Sourcing Supplier, then Sourcing followed by Sourcing Homepage and then reference the applicable RFQ PIN/solicitation number.

Suppliers electing to obtain a non-electronic paper document will be subject to a $25 non-refundable fee; payable to NYCHA by USPS-Money Order/Certified Check only for each set of RFQ documents requested. Remit payment to NYCHA Finance Department at 90 Church Street, 6th Floor; obtain receipt and present it to the Supply Management Procurement Group; RFQ package will be generated at time of request.

Description
Please Note: This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority`s Project Labor Agreement (PLA). As part of its bid and no later than three (3) business days after the bid opening, the Bidder must submit Letters of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder and each of the Bidder`s proposed Subcontractors. Failure to submit all required signed Letters of Assent within three (3) business days after the bid opening shall result in a determination that the Bidder`s bid is non-responsive.

Contractor shall provide all labors, equipment, and materials for all required connections between the mobile boiler and existing piping to maintain building heating and domestic hot water services. NYCHA at its sole discretion reserves the right to choose an alternate means for installation and connections. Provide hangers and couplings for all piping when required. Flange shall floating carbon steel #150 flange and shall be welded in the field for proper piping installation. All electrical cables shall be run with proper size of ridge electrical conduit. The use of flexible conduit shall be approved by NYCHA. After the mobile boiler service complete, under the directions of NYCHA, contractor shall disconnect and remove all the connections of piping he made and legally disposed.
