Description
CORRECTION: The Department of Environmental Protection seeks a Consultant to provide planning, design and design services during construction for the preferred alternative, Alternative 2, as described in the NYSDEC approved report titled Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) for Bronx River, dated June 2015. Alternative 2 primarily consists of designing: a parallel sewer to provide hydraulic relief at CSO outfall HP-007; a parallel sewer to provide hydraulic relief at CSO outfall HP-009; and a new regulator to replace existing Regulator 5 and provide floatables control at CSO Outfall HP-011.

Pre-proposal conference: September 7, 2017, 2:30 PM; DEP, 59-17 Junction Blvd, 6th Floor Training Room, Flushing, NY 11373.
Attendance at the Pre-proposal Conference is not mandatory but recommended. Please limit attendance to no more than one person from each firm due to room constraints.
There will be no Site Visit.
