Construction Management Services for the

Recycled Water System Expansion Project - CIP 74168

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT - CIP 74168 (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive proposals in the office of the Operations and Utilities Department, 520 N. Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Ilene Macintire, Senior Civil Engineer, Utilities Division, until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
  2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals are available online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices . Any questions should be directed to Ilene Macintire, Senior Civil Engineer, Utilities Division at (209) 831-6378 or via email ilene.macintire@cityoftracy.org no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2023. The general scope of services includes: Provide Construction Management Services for pump station and pipeline construction projects within the City of Tracy, between July 1, 2023 and approximately December 31, 2025, or completion.
  3. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT - CIP 74168 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
  4. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP.
  5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal, this RFP, or the proposal process.
