February 5, 2019 AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED.
The Alaska Railroad Corporation (“ARRC”) is soliciting bids from interested parties to provide
Ballast and Riprap production for a one or two year period. Interested parties are invited to submit
a bid to provide said services to ARRC. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms contained herein
and must be mailed or delivered to the above address. Bids received via facsimile transmission will
be considered non-responsive. The bid shall be in a sealed envelope with the bid number 18-35-
307165 clearly printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be complete and in U.S. dollars. See
instructions and conditions enclosed herein.
