Request for Proposals to Provide Construction Manager At-Risk Services (CMAR) for the East High and Franklin East 1 Pressure Zone Improvement Project

A Pre-proposal Meeting and Site Tour are scheduled for June 7, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
The Pre-proposal Meeting will be held in Conference Room, located on the third floor of the
Main office at 1154 Hawkins Boulevard, El Paso, TX 79925. At this meeting, EPWater will offer
information about the Project and the procurement process. The Pre-Proposal Site Tour will be
held shortly thereafter at the project site to provide Proposers the opportunity to familiarize
themselves with site conditions and constraints. Only one visit will be held.
