North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the McKimmon Center located at 1101 Gorman St, Raleigh, NC 27606. The project will renovate two first floor toilet rooms including all new plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, wall/floor tile, and ceiling tile. Restroom exhaust systems will be replaced. Due to ongoing events at the McKimmon Center, construction will be implemented in two (2) separate phases of work tentatively to begin June 2023
