Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:
Refurbishment of ceiling, walls and cabinets at Westwood Chateau. Work shall include the removal of acoustical ceiling finishes, skim coating and paint of ceilings, refinishing kitchen and bathroom cabinets; and repaint of walls. The work will be phased and the University current anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than June 19, 2023, and to be complete by August 31, 2023. The work will be performed when the building is unoccupied during summer 2023. No Hazardous Materials abatement work required.
