Through this RFA, the University of Massachusetts Medical School (the “University”) is soliciting Applications from Bidders to perform independent medical and psychological disability evaluations. The University will select and pre-qualify a pool of clinical practices and/or individual Licensed Healthcare Professionals to perform assessments of EOHHS disability Applicants and develop a Qualified Consultant List (“QCL”). When the University has a need for Consultative Examination services that are covered through this RFA, the University may select a Qualified Consultant from the QCL to perform the specified work. Bidders are encouraged to submit Applications as soon as possible after the RFA is posted. Applications submitted by the "Priority Application Due Date" listed in the RFA (September 6, 2019) will be evaluated promptly and given consideration for a Contract to meet immediate needs of the University.
