ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONTRACT I - INSTALL PUMP & RELATED ELECTRICAL AND CONTRACT II - INSTALL 8" WATER MAIN FOR THE DOTA WATER AUTHORITY will be received by the Dota Water Authority at Dota Water Authority Office, 8070 Cord Road, Cord, Arkansas, until 11:00 o'clock A.M., on April 11, 2023 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
Should any bidder wish to submit his bid prior to the time and date of opening either in person, by carrier or by mail, he should submit to the Dota Water Authority Office, 8070 Cord Road, Cord, AR 72524.
The Instructions for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Contract Documents must be obtained at the office of Miller-Newell Engineers, Inc., 510 Third Street, Newport, AR 72112, in order to be placed on the Bidders List. Cost is $50.00 for each set. There shall be no refund of deposit.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
