The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional window cleaning services for both interior and exterior windows at One, Two, and Three UN Plaza. One and Two UN Plaza are approximately 40-story, Class A, mixed-use office and hotel buildings with a Building Maintenance Unit. Three UN Plaza is a 15-story Class A office building. All three buildings are located in East Midtown Manhattan.

The minimum required qualifications are as follows:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in this field.
• Licensed to do business in the State of New York.
• New York City Department of Buildings Special Rigger License.
• Liability insurance of $10,000,000.
• A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A high-rise office buildings.

Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information. For each client, describe the project, the project’s date, the services performed, and provide the name, address, and telephone number for a person at the client’s firm familiar with such work.
