Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 161043_- REPLACE FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS - KENNEDY HALL & ROBERTS HALL will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PM on April 25, 2023, and then opened publicly and via Zoom at:

The scope of work will include:

1. Replace the existing Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and associated panels, relocation of manual pull stations for ADA mounting heights, and replace fire alarm strobes for device compatibility.

2. Remove all electrical conduit and conductors disconnected during construction (not re-used).

Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2023, at 10:00AM in Room 102C of the Humphreys Service Building, Ithaca, New York, or via Zoom at:
