The New York Power Authority (hereinafter "the Authority" or "NYPA") is seeking a proposal for the installation of the Crescent Tainter Gate and Heaters including, but not limited to:

• performing concrete modification for gate installation
• offloading, assembling, and installing new fabricated Tainter Gate
• installing the gate sill heater and completing related electrical work
• testing and commissioning

A pre-bid meeting will be held prior to bid submittal.

Firms/entities are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in submitting company information through Ariba. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Scope of Work.
