NYPA intends to purchase customer compliance audit services pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under NYS Finance Law. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State small businesses, businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law (MWBE) or Article 3 of the NYS Veteran Services Law (SDVOB).
