Chemung County Fairgrounds Building Architect/Engineering Services
Description:
Chemung County is seeking to retain an architectural and engineering professional services firm to provide
full service design and construction support for a proposed new fairgrounds building. Scope of work will
include conceptual designs, programming, detailed construction bid documents, specifications and
drawings, cost estimations, bidding support, and project management for the following Federal ARPA
funded project:
Project involves site planning and building design for the construction of a community building to be located
in the Chemung County Fairgrounds.
The current site within the Chemung County Fairgrounds is off Fairview Road between gates 1 and 2. This
site previously housed a secretary’s building that has since been demolished. Appendix A – Proposed
location and layout is included on page 27-28 of the RFP
