Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, bid opening dates are subject to change. This does not alter a bid's due date and time. If Village Hall is closed to the public, bids shall be delivered to the Garden City Police Department located at 349 Stewart Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530. All bids MUST be clearly labeled on the outermost envelope or it may not be properly processed.
If Village Hall is closed to the public on the date of a bid opening, the Village will open the bid at its regularly scheduled date and time. If Village Hall is closed to both the public and employees, the Village will open the bid on the next business day that Village Hall is open to employees. Bids must be delivered to the Police Department prior to the original bid opening date and time. Interested bidders may request the video and/or the unofficial tabulation sheet from the Purchasing Department after the bids have been opened.
