The University of North Florida (here Lead Public Agency) on behalf of itself The GOVMVMT Government Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council, all states, local governments, school districts and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and non-profit organizations (herein Participating Public Agencies) is soliciting proposals are qualified suppliers (or Manufacturers) to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete offering of Promotional Products. Interested vendors (also referred to as Contractors or Suppliers) will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP's general conditions and instructions. The resulting contract may be awarded to multiple suppliers. Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm Eastern Time on October 25, 2022.
