OPWDD is seeking information and pricing for the equipment and services described below from qualified vendors who are able to provide the services statewide and who have experience with similar high-volume projects.
OPWDD seeks to implement in-vehicle camera systems capable of managing, tracking, viewing live, and storing recorded video/data from installed cameras, along with equipment, licensing, and cloud services. The vendor must also have the ability and experience to provide monitoring services to include review of incident-level video data. Monitoring of the camera systems includes monitoring of incident-level video in compliance with regulatory standards for incident management, identifying abuse and neglect, and other health and safety related imperatives.
This project will require installation of in-vehicle cameras in OPWDD’s transport fleet that is comprised of approximately 2,900 state operations vehicles including mini vans, full size passenger vans, and wheelchair vans.
The vendor will provide in-vehicle cameras, installation, implementation, applicable licenses, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring services.
