Stony Brook University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide scaffolding
services in the manner and locations shown within the bid documents for the
Building D of the West Apartments, as herein described and in accordance
with SUNY at Stony Brook 22/23-069MC and Exhibits.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit:
The Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday October 19,
2022 at 10:00 A.M. (SHARP) at Building D of the West Apartments, Stony
Brook University. Bidders are required to attend in person. Each interested
bidder is required to limit the number of representatives attending the
Pre-Bid Site Visit to two (2).

Vendors who are not on time for the MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be turned
away once the door has closed.

Only those Vendors who attend this site visit will be eligible to bid on the
project
Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will result in rejection of
your proposal.
