Instructions to Bidders

The City of Cortland will be accepting bids for the 2023-2025 Garbage and Recycling Collection contract. All sealed bids shall be received by no later than 1 pm eastern time on Thursday October 20 th , 2022 at the Armory Building at 25 Wheeler Avenue, Cortland NY 13045. All proposals being mailed are due Wednesday October 19 th , 2022 by 3pm Eastern time.
