Getinge Equipment Maintenance
Description:

The CUNY Advanced Science Research Center intends to procure Getinge Equipment Maintenance for equipment located in labs.

Requirement: Vendor must be certified to maintain and repair Getinge autoclave equipment with Getinge parts.

Equipment List: Getinge sterilization equipment

Quantity five (5) 21"Sm model 533LS autoclaves and,

Quantity three (3) Swedi model GE122222 ARC-2 autoclaves.

Vendor Requirement: Prospective vendors that are authorized by Getinge to provide preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and Getinge parts are invited to submit no later than the date set forth below: 1) documentation verifying that you can meet the minimum product requirements to the CUNY contact person listed below. 2) A letter from Getinge verifying your authority to provide these services.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written here.

Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others may constitute an "impermissible contact" under state law, and could result in disqualification of that vendor. No subcontracting allowed.

b)"Offerer's Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k"
