The period of performance is from date of award to November 30, 2023 with the option to award five (5) option years in one (1) year increments.

Under the Response Attachments tab it states to upload the Data Sharing Agreement "This document is required if response to Attribute 96 is YES" - however, #96 is a number only response "96 Estimated amount - Enter the estimated amount of the bid that will be applied. If this does not apply, indicate 0 on your response." Please advise when/if the Data Sharing Agreement is required.
Answer Data Sharing Agreement does not need to be submitted if your company does not share data. This will be removed via an amendment. Data Sharing Agreement not required for this RFQ.
