Summary
Work under this Agreement includes: the relocation of the recycle area to improve operations, reduce customer delays, and improve onsite circulation. The recycle area operations are currently located in the southeast corner of the site and will be relocated to the northeast corner of the property. Improvements will also include drainage basin construction, curb and gutter modifications, and stackable block retaining wall construction. Work must be completed within
