Summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Arizona State Hospital is requesting offers from qualified Suppliers. The purpose of the Solicitation is to conduct a competitive process, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 41-2533 et seq.

Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB)1444, passed by the 2022 Second Regular Session of the Fifty-Fifth Arizona Legislature, the Hospital must develop an “evidence-based and innovative clinical improvement and human resources development plan and proposed budget”, and transmit this information to various pertinent stakeholders on or before September 1, 2023. As such, the purpose of this Contract is to identify an independent Contractor with the necessary resources and inpatient psychiatric healthcare expertise to complete the objectives required by the authorizing legislation.

All questions related to the solicitation should be submitted using the Discussion Forum tab no later than five (5) calendar days before the RFP due date of October 20th 2022 by 3:00 pm local Arizona time.
