The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, February 10, 2021, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, February 11, 2021, for providing a CONVEYOR TYPE DISH MACHINE (Lease or Purchase) for Cedarbrook-Fountain Hill Senior Care & Rehab.
Bidding documents may be obtained at the County Procurement Office, Room 450 of the Government Center, 17 S. Seventh Street, Allentown, PA, 18101-2401, upon a non-refundable payment of $10.00 per set, or downloadable at no charge via the View/Print option below.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Cedarbrook-Fountain Hill Facility (meet outside the main entrance) located at 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015 on January 27, 2021, commencing at 10:30 A.M.
In an attempt to safeguard all persons attending the pre-bid meeting, attendees must abide by the same policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 as Lehigh County employees are expected to follow. The requirements include social distancing, proper face masks, temperature screenings prior to entry (if applicable), and adherence to all posted signage throughout County facilities. Attendees must bring their own pens to sign-in with; sign-in by each company in attendance is a requirement of this meeting, and pens will not be provided.
