August 5, 2020
This addendum addresses the following:
1. Sign in sheet from walkthrough held on 7/28/2020 at 10:00 AM.
2. Questions asked during walkthrough
a. What is the total volume for flow into wet well?
i. Answer: Average daily dry weather (ADDF) flowrate is approximately
30 gpm (43,200 gpd) with an anticipated wet weather flowrate of 90
gpm (129,600 gpd). If possible, bypass pumping operations shall not
be scheduled when there is a forecasted wet weather event.
b. Would all access be off of 47th street?
i. Answer: Yes, there may be horses on one property and that will need
to be coordinated with homeowners to ensure they do not get out if
fencing is removed.
c. What is the depth of the pump station wet well?
i. Answer: Depth to incoming 12” sewer pipe is approximately 13.3 ft
from top of structure. Depth to bottom of wet well is approximately
18.0 ft from top of structure.
3. Notes for the record:
a. Date from Addendum 1 when it was published should state July 17, 2020
