Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) is seeking proposals from professional janitorial companies to perform general interior and exterior cleaning services at the three (3) AAATA properties, two (2) of which are located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and one (1) in Ypsilanti, Michigan. In addition to general janitorial services, other services also included are carpet cleaning, power washing, and gutter cleaning. Additional janitorial services may be requested on a non-emergency and/or emergency basis as needed but are not guaranteed.
