Description:
The County of Lake was recently awarded a grant through the California Fire Safe Council to fund the planning and development of an evacuation route for an area called the "Soda Bay Corridor". Funding for the grant was made available through the CALFIRE Evacuation Route Planning and Development Grant Program. The Soda Bay Corridor Evacuation Route Planning and Maintenance Project (Project) has two components: the development of an evacuation plan for the communities along the corridor and the removal of hazardous trees that border the route. This RFP is for the preparation of the evacuation plan.
