The City of Titusville, on behalf of the Public Works Department, is considering sealed bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver HAPCO (or approved equal) lighting materials and replacement parts as listed in the Scope of Work.

In order to be compatible with existing materials within the City, a proposed equivalent to HAPCO may be accepted, upon review of specifications by the Public Works Department prior to the due date and time. Proposed equals and data required for evaluation shall be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the due date for approval. Acceptable substitutions will be identified in addenda.

As a result of this solicitation, the City intends to issue a purchase order to the awarded vendor for the items and specifications herein. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials and transportation required for the Scope of Work.
