1 General Information
This Invitation does not constitute an order for the goods or services specified.
Bids shall remain subject to acceptance by the AUTHORITY for a period of ninety (90) Days after the actual date of
the Bid opening. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid during said ninety (90) Day period.
The AUTHORITY is a governmental entity as defined by state law. As such, it is subject to the Nevada Public
Records Law (Chapter 239 of the Nevada Revised Statutes). All of the AUTHORITY’s records are public records
(unless otherwise declared by law to be confidential) which are subject to inspection and copying by any person.
Prospective Bidders are advised that once a Bid is received by the AUTHORITY, its contents and the contents of all
submittals, correspondence, and other documentation related to the Contract will become a public record and
nothing contained in such documents will be deemed to be confidential. All Bidders are therefore advised to not
include any information in their Bid, submittals or other documentation related to the Contract that is proprietary in
nature or that they would not want to be released to the public.

2 Overview
The AUTHORITY is a local government entity of the State of Nevada and is governed by NRS 244A.597 thru NRS
244A.655.
For this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and all other Bidding Documents and Contract Documents, the definitions contained
in the Contract shall apply.

3 Project Summary
The Las Vegas convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting bids to create an annual contract for printing,
installation, and maintenance of construction wall graphics. The project aims to enhance the visual appeal of
construction sites while providing relevant information and branding.
The project involves the printing, installation, and maintenance of wall graphics on various construction wall
locations throughout the LVCVA property. The graphics will be designed by LVCVA partners, with the associated art
files supplied to the selected supplier for execution.
The project will include the removal of special event graphics, and reinstallation of LVCVA graphics on lease wall
space.

4 Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Printing/Production
Provide production design services, including the ability to adjust the sizing of creatives provided by LVCVA.
Utilize high-quality printing materials and techniques to produce durable and visually appealing wall graphics
suitable for the intended application, considering, weather, and other environmental conditions.
Ensure color accuracy and resolution suitable for large-scale installations.
Installation
Conduct site survey to assess the dimensions, surface condition, and other factors relevant to installation.
Prepare the installation area by cleaning and priming the surface as needed.
Professionally install wall graphics using appropriate adhesives and techniques to ensure longevity and adherence
to safety standards.
Ensure proper placement and alignment of signage elements according to approved designs and specifications.
Coordinate installation schedules with the LVCVA and/or LVCVA Partners to minimize disruption to ongoing
construction activities.
Maintenance
Conduct site survey to asses the conditions of the graphics, when requested.
Perform necessary repairs or replacements promptly to maintain the integrity and appearance of the graphics.
Remove special event graphics and reinstall LVCVA graphics as requested.
Provide ongoing maintenance services throughout the contract period, including cleaning and touch-ups as
requested.
Timeline
The contract will commence on contract execution for a period of one year. By mutual written consent and
agreement of both parties, the original Contract may be extended for three (3) optional additional periods of twelve
(12) calendar months.
Quality Assurance
Adhere to industry best practices and standards for graphic printing and installation.
Conduct quality checks at each stage of the project to ensure compliance with requirements and expectations.
Project Management
Establish project timelines and milestones in coordination with the LVCVA.
Assign dedicated project managers to oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
Coordinate with LVCVA and/or LVCVA Partners to ensure seamless execution of the project.
Provide timely updates to the LVCVA.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to mitigate potential delays or disruptions.

5 Contract Period
The term of this Contract shall commence on contract execution for a period of one year (“Initial Term”). By mutual
written consent and agreement of both parties, the original Contract may be extended for three (3) optional
additional periods of twelve (12) calendar months. The provider will be contacted within sixty (60) calendar days
before the expiration date of the Contract regarding the extensions of the Contract.
The contract prices shall be adjusted by the increase or decrease in the consumer price index during the extension
periods. The basis for computing the inflation adjustment shall be the consumer price index (CPI-U, City Average,
All Items) which is published for the month nearest the extension period date. If the above referenced CPI index is
discontinued or revised during the term of this Agreement, such other government index or computation with which
it is replaced shall be used to determine any such increase. No such increase or decrease shall exceed five (5%).
The only item allowed for negotiation for the extension period shall be the contract prices. All other terms and
conditions of the original Contract shall remain in effect as written.

6 Insurance
Format/Time: Provider shall submit to the AUTHORITY and maintain for the duration of this Agreement and any
renewal periods, Certificates of Insurance, for coverages and endorsements affecting coverage required by this
Agreement within ten (10) calendar days after award.
Best Key Rating: Each insurance company's rating as shown in the latest Best's Key Rating Guide shall be fully
disclosed and entered on the required Certificate of Insurance. AUTHORITY requires all acceptable insurance
carriers to maintain an A- VII or stronger rating. The adequacy of this insurance supplied by Provider, including the
rating and financial health of each insurance company providing coverage is subject to the approval of the
AUTHORITY.
Commercial General Liability: Provider shall obtain and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, commercial
general liability insurance in accordance with the minimum limits and coverage provided below, against claims for
injuries to persons or damages to property or any other claim. General liability coverage shall be on a ”per
occurrence” basis only and not on a ”claims made” basis. The coverage must be provided either on a Commercial
General Liability form or a Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability form with endorsement for contractual
liability. The cost of such insurance shall be included in Provider's fee. Provider's commercial general liability policy
shall be endorsed to recognize specifically Provider's contractual liability to the AUTHORITY.
EACH OCCURRENCE - $1,000,000
DAMAGE TO RENTED PREMISES (EA OCCURRENCE) - $50,000
PERSONAL & ADV. INJURY- $1,000,000
GENERAL AGGREGATE - $2,000,000
PRODUCTS-COM/OP AGG - $2,000,000
Automobile Liability: Provider shall obtain and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, automobile liability
insurance of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence is required to be provided on an Any
Auto, or Hired and Non-Owned Auto basis.
Worker’s Compensation: Provider shall obtain and maintain for the duration of this Agreement, worker's
compensation insurance with specific minimum limits of:
E.L. - EA ACCIDENT - $1,000,000
E.L. DISEASE - EA EMPLOYEE - $1,000,000
E.L. DISEASE - POLICY LIMIT - $1,000,000
Additional Insured Endorsement: The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, its officers, directors, and
employees must be expressly covered as additional insureds on the Commercial General Liability, Automobile
Liability policies.
Certificate Holder: Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority shall be listed as Certificate Holder.
