The Northwestern Water & Sewer District is requesting the submittal of qualifications from architectural firms interested in providing planning services to develop a comprehensive Campus Master Plan (CMP) for the office located at 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, OH 43402. The District intends to develop a comprehensive CMP that integrates the requirements of the District's institutional operations with the needs of the customer. Services shall include completion of a comprehensive evaluation of existing facilities, identification of current and anticipated facility requirements, and preparation of a plan that addresses the identified needs.
Qualification Statements will be accepted until Friday, December 2, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.
