We are an epi foundry focus on preparation of GaAs/InP epitaxial wafers on GaAs/InP substrates respectively. Our process involves vacuum deposition of various compound semiconductor thin films on top of substrates, which is called epitaxy.
We owned world most advanced MBE systems and proprietary in-growth sensor technology and are able to use the technology to supply customers w/ best quality wafers at low prices. We are the 1st in the industry to supply production ready 4 by 4 InP wafers.
